Maybe it’s time for a fresh start

Make the switch to Whitehardt.

Changing agencies can feel risky when your caseload depends on it. We plan the move with you and take the handover off your plate, so your ads keep working and you don’t miss a beat.

Some of the folks we have worked with

Why firms switch

Signs it’s time to move on.

Firms rarely leave an agency over one bad month. It’s usually the same few problems that never get fixed.

You can’t see what a signed case costs

Clicks and impressions are easy to report. Signed cases are what you’re paying for.

Your ads haven’t changed in years

Your market has moved on since then. Your spots and media buy should have too.

Your account rep keeps changing

Every new face means explaining your firm all over again.

Night and weekend calls go unanswered

Those are leads you paid for, going to whichever firm picks up first.

Why Whitehardt

What changes when you switch.

Here’s what’s different about working with us, from how we report to who answers your calls.

Reports built around signed cases

We track your spend all the way to signed cases, so you can see what’s working and what isn’t.

A media buy we review every week

Before we place next week’s buy, we look at what last week’s TV and digital brought in.

Creative made in our own studio

We write, shoot and edit your ads ourselves, here in Nashville.

Easier to find online

We help you show up in Google searches and when people ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a lawyer.

Calls answered around the clock

Our intake team picks up day and night, so a late-night call doesn’t end up with another firm.

Owners you can call

Kevin White and Felix Eckhardt started Whitehardt in 2002 and still run it. You can reach them directly.

White-glove transition

We do the heavy lifting.

Most of the work of switching is logistics. We handle it, with a dedicated account executive and a plan you approve before anything changes.

Listen and review

We learn your goals and review your current media, creative, tracking and intake. Nothing changes yet.

Plan the move

You get a written plan: what moves, when, and who does it, timed around your current contract and media schedule.

Move it all over

We work with your current agency and vendors to move accounts, files, numbers and data, so your team doesn’t have to.

Launch and prove it

Your campaigns pick up on our side, and we review the results with you early and often.

Who’s behind the switch

A team you’ll actually know.

Kevin White and Felix Eckhardt started Whitehardt in Nashville in 2002, and they still run it. When you switch, you work with all of us: media, creative, video, search, intake and analytics, in one building.

Kevin White & Felix Eckhardt, founders

Before you decide

What firms want to know.

Will our ads go dark while we switch?

We plan the handover around your current media schedule so your campaigns keep running. You’ll see the dates in your plan before anything changes.

What about our contract with our current agency?

Bring it to the first conversation. We’ll go through the notice period and any terms on media and creative, and build the plan around them.

How long does a switch take?

It depends on what’s moving. Some pieces, like ad accounts and tracking, move quickly. Others, like your website or intake setup, take longer. Before anything changes, you’ll get a plan with a date for each piece, timed around your current contract. If you’re starting a mass tort campaign, it can be on air about a week after funding.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Some firms start with one piece, like TV buying, search or intake, and add more once they see the results.

Who will we work with day to day?

A dedicated account executive who knows your goals and has the answers before you ask, backed by our media, creative, intake and analytics teams. Kevin and Felix are a phone call away.
